What does wear mean?

On Rare Pets and truly Rare Items - wear means nothing. These items will never break, it solely means - if anything - that this item has sat on a property before.

 

How quickly will my item be delivered?

Our goal is to get your item to you within 24 hours. However, of course unfortunate things happen. If your item is getting delivered to a different city, Sim Move has been known to go down a time or two. Also, server outages may get in the way. We apologize if these things delay your delivery, however they are out of our hands. In extreme circumstances, we will make sure to get in contact with you to make delivery arrangements. Also if you are going out of town or will not be available for deliver - no problem! Please just let us know.

 

I'm unhappy with my purchase - may I get a refund?
